All of the ingredients are gluten-free. However, Auxa is made in a facility that does contain gluten.

Chia seeds in your pantry is a great start - they offer omega-3 fatty acids and fiber! But the benefits of combining all 8 of our seeds adds even more diverse nutrients - iron, antioxidants, complete protein, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, manganese, copper, and calcium. If you want to buy all 8 of these seeds separately and get them each out every time you use them, go for it. We just make it simple!

We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Samples are shipped within 2 business days - we are a small team!
